These terms apply when you download or play Room Seven, a game made by ComboMint Studio ("we", "us"), listed in the app stores as TapCandy Studio. By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Room Seven for your own enjoyment on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you got it from. The game, its story, machines, art, sound and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us.

What you agree not to do

• Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, modify or interfere with the game, except where the law allows it.
• Use the game to break the law or to harm others.

Age

Room Seven is meant for players aged 13 and over. It contains cartoon-style combat against machines.

Credits, kit and the supporter pack

Credits are earned by playing and spent in the game's Quartermaster on cosmetic kit. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and are kept only on your device. The supporter pack is an optional one-time purchase handled by Apple or Google under their terms; it gives the Night Ops kit, 2,000 credits and a double daily supply crate, and no advantage in play. Refunds are handled by the store you bought it from. You can restore the pack on a new device with "Restore purchases" in the Quartermaster.

Ads

Some rewards can be had by watching an ad you choose to watch. A reward is given when the ad network reports the ad as watched; if an ad fails to play or is closed early, the reward may not be given.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, which means waves, features, rewards and these terms may change. We may stop offering the game or a feature, as long as we tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work to make it fun and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available without interruption.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from playing the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if anything. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
